Progress on video projects
Today, I went to Borders and bought a book on Photoshop; I couldn’t remember how to use the type masking tool. The Adobe supplied book and the Help Menu haven’t provided the detailed help I need. It looks like my web series will have to be done all in Camtasia, without the intro and end videos I taped and edited in Premiere Pro. I’ve tried so many ways of either importing the Premiere videos into Camtasia, or importing the Camtasia videos into Premiere Pro. They just are not compatible. Premiere cuts out way too much of the Camtasia videos, and Camtasia unsyncs the audio and video from Premiere. I should have stuck with one software program for this project!
My other project is much more exciting. I just have to figure out how to convert the widescreen footage to regular t.v. footage. I found the directions on the internet, but they seem to be missing some key details. (Or, I need to keep re-reading them in hopes of better understanding them!) I’m feeling much more positive about the second video. It’s something I’ve done before, and it only involves Adobe software!
